"I have stayed in many hotels across the USA. This was the best. It hit every mark you would need. The lobby , clean inviting. The front desk, Holly was awesome. Friendly and did her job well. The room, clean bed comfortable and room was a suite equipped small kitchen, fridge etc. Not to ,ention the location was awesome, right off Interstate 10. Great convenience when traveling. A BIG plus was the beautiful patio out side for barbecuing, . Well maintained hotel down to the grounds around it. A DOG walk on the beautiful lake equipped with bags ..and a sidewalk to walk the dogs instead of poopy grass. All in all this deserves the hightrating because to top it off the wonderful breakfast was amazing and very clean. Good Job and cudos to a great place to stay!"

"Our stay at Tru by Hilton in Tallahassee was fantastic. We came to visit FSU and found the hotel to be at the perfect distance from the university. The hotel is close to malls, restaurants and big box stores. The staff was friendly and rooms were impeccable. AC worked perfectly especially during these extremely hot summer days."

"I liked the location, but the hotel needs refurbishment. Elevators are beat up, floors are worn and look bad, carpet needs replacement. Person checking us in was unfamiliar with property and procedures, it seemed. Housekeeping staff had to assist regarding room types. Despite my persistence, they gave other family members our room and gave us thier accessible room. Didn't figure out till morning. Furniture is old and appears mismatched. Mother had ringer off on phone, and staff refused to give me her room number so I could check on her and disabled brother. Didn't even check for us or request permission to give us room number, etc. Roaches in lobby bathroom, trash on floor and halls."

"The hotel is old as we noticed, doesnt have central air but units in bedroom have nice a/c units that keep air cold and fresh. Rooms are spacious and we loved that the toilet is separate from shower with both spaces having their own sink and mirror. Suite has minor fridge and microwave and a study desk plus a pull out sofa. So convenient! Rooms are super clean as well as showers. Reception staff was super friendly and check in was a breeze. Breakfast is super basic and ok. Cleaning staff are on top of it. We loved our stay and woulf stay here again!"
