Hotel murah di Lancaster

"Good"

"I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."

"The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do."

"Wasn't sure what to expect since the my experiences with Extended Stay have varied greatly, but I was very happy with this location. Only 1 walkable mile from the airport. Room had a comfortable bed, working TV, hot shower, spacious bathroom, and studio kitchen with full size refrigerator. Breakfast was usual Extended Stay version of "continental", with grits (I prefer oatmeal), small muffins, and hot coffee/tea available. Hallways smelled clean. Staff was also very helpful."

"Abandoned at 2:30 AM, Stranded Outside for 4 Hours Do NOT book this hotel if you plan to check in late at night. I booked this hotel through Expedia with a confirmed check-in around 2:30 AM. Drove all the way from Virginia. When we arrived, there was absolutely no one at the front desk, the place was completely unstaffed. Called the hotel's own phone number and was told to "request a refund." That's it. No apology, no alternative, no help. My wife and I were left standing outside the hotel...

"We had guaranteed late arrival, but the system still canceled our reservation when we didn't check in at the appointed time, even though we called 3 times to confirm. When we arrived, we found we did not have a room, and the "only room available" was 3 times more in price!! When we got the manager involved, he was able to restore our reservation with the room we selected at the price we booked. The room was nice and clean. However, there was no microwave, no hairdryer, no coffee pot and no...

"An absolute health hazard this the dirtiest place I have ever seen. The smell of mold overpowers you on the hallways and rooms as well. Not maintained or cleaned at all. Staff at the reception was not friendly at all either ."

"La habitación estuvo bien para una noche aunque se escuchaban los ruidos de los camiones que estacionaban detrás del hotel donde hay un estacionamiento muy grande. El área de desayuno deberían reponer más rápido y estar limpiando la mesada y el piso si a alguien se le cae algo. El piso estaba pegoteado con syrup. La personas dejan los vasitos con la mezcla de los pancakes sobre la mesada y se ve desprolijo para el área de la comida.La piscina muy buena, estacionamiento bueno."
