"Everything was wonderful except that only instant coffee was available in the room. That’s not good enough. That said we are now at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile and it’s just instant coffee in the room. Is this where France is headed?"

"The cave room at the chateau is fantastic. Besides a couple of spiderwebs and some steep steps, it is truly a find in the Loire valley. Excellent space, oasis of rest, great sauna, even better hot tub!"

No waste bin in room. 1 bulb out of 3 worked in the bathroom. Curtains badly hung. No bedside tables or shelves. We ate away from hotel for both meals."
