"Traveled alone, didn’t feel safe during my stay. The woman who checked me in was very kind, but the nightly desk clerk was rude. My room was not clean, my shower had hair in it from a previous guest. The breakfast looked good, but not worth the entire stay. I checked out a day early."

"The front desk staff was amazing, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful despite all the chaos. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match that level of service. The property was very dirty and clearly not updated. The photos online do not accurately reflect the current condition. Our bedding had visible stains, and getting clean towels was a constant struggle, they were almost never available. The cleanliness and overall style felt more like a motel, yet the price was expensive, nearly $200 a night. We also did not feel safe around the property. The pool was very dirty. Overall, I would not stay here again."

"We checked in and left 30 mins after. The bed was broken, the bed was held up by wood, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the couch was all stained, the front desk was rude. Had to fight to get refunded. No other rooms available "

"The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We were grateful for the breakfast and had plenty of options from hardy to healthy. The waffle maker was a favorite. The elevator was not working while we were there but the front desk staff kindly took our luggage upstairs for us. The pool was small but pleasant and available as early as 6am! The gym was probably the one area that needed some love as one of the two treadmills was would not turn on and had been repaired with duct tape. All that said, I would stay here again and found the room very comfortable, spacious and clean. Great housekeeping!"

"The room smelled atrocious.. I'm not sure if the cleaning products were so strong to cover up a smell or what. I considered switching hotels for the night but stuck it out instead. The soda machine was either sold out or flat. Kudos to the grounds crew though "

"Arrived at 5:30pm (3pm check-in) to no room available. They said they would call when it is. Went back around 7pm and had to chat with a manager to get a room. They were nice but almost a 4 hour past check in time wasn’t how we wanted to start the trip. Room wasn’t what we expected. The hallways smelled like garbage and smoke. "
