"Upon arrival the elevator was out of order. The staff did give me a first floor room which was accommodating. The gym on the other hand, was basically inoperable, the machines need major repairs. There was no housekeeping during our stay we had to keep calling to ask for things and were told they were gone for the day which is ridiculous when it was like 12 noon."

"The wifi sig was too weak to use my Roku tv. I worked nights and during the day house keeping was really noisy with the cleaning cart, woke me every day. And no pool as advertised."

"The room was very clean. Specifically, the young man that was working the front desk when we got in was very helpful--I was very addled brained from traveling and he was very patient! It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning-the food was well attended to and the area was kept very clean-great job by the attendent."

"Had a one night stay for a flag football tournament. It was clean, close to plenty of places, breakfast was good and staff was very kind. Pool was small, but the kids had fun regardless."

"The room was mostly clean, but housekeeping should pay more attention to things such as, molded shower heads ( we used two different rooms and both were the same, my husband cleaned them), questionable things on the bathroom walls, there should be no leftover hair in the tub. Beds were clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was pretty quiet. They use a kiosk to check in after a certain time."

"My room had a king sized bed. The room included a couch and coffee table with enough space to walk around without feeling like the room was crowded. The staff was very accommodating and all the breakfast foods were available until closing. My recommendations are to paint the room and update the bathroom: tub, sink, toilet, and fixtures."
