"Good location on the promenade. Most staff generally very enthusiastic and helpful Room was generally good and comfortable. Good supply of tea and coffee making material and crisps and biscuits. However I needed to report that the bathroom door would not close properly. Bath sink looked cracked and shabby Breakfast on day 1 went smoothly. Table was laid and the hostess on duty was very helpful and keen. Breakfast on day 2 not so good. Arrived in the dining room to find plenty of empty tables...
