"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. "The staff was very friendly, even though our room was not ready after 4pm. They then fixed it within 20+ minutes. In Expedia, it is mentioned that the center of town is 3 minutes away by car, but it is more like 10 minutes. And what is called a "mountain view" is a view on the parking lot."
