"Clean, safe, and lovely accomodations providing an easy and enjoyable stay. Immaculate fitness room, no question the suite, fridge, microwave, and restroom were well maintained and spotless. We were on the second floor and there was a large, joyful 80th birthday party on the first floor. "This is our first time at this resort hotel and so happy we chose to stay here. My husband and I loved the bed and the pillows. The room is very clean, spacious and has nice high ceiling. It is close to Busch Gardens which is just 20 minutes away and half a hour to the beach. We rate this10/10 and we will definitely stay here again. "

"Customer service was outstanding, all employees were helpful and friendly. There was a very nice continental breakfast included. Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. It was handy have a good sized refrigerator. "

"I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family.
