"We had a fantastic two-week stay overall! Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Niya, Rasheed and Riza for their excellent service. Food: Fantastic variety, great atmosphere and plenty of seating. Even 30 minutes before closing, all dishes were available and replenished. Rooms & Pool: Clean, spacious rooms with plenty of storage. The pool is huge, with plenty of sunbeds and towels. Entertainment: Daytime activities were great, particularly the foam party and Aqua Zumba....

"The staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. It is lovely to be remembered as returning guests as we were by the staff in the Cafe. The SPA is fabulous and they take care of you extremely well. Definitely go for a Beachfront deluxe bungalow you then step straight onto the beach and have your sun beds close to your room. If you want a chilled holiday then I can highly recommend and a quick 10 minute speedboat ride helps rather than a wait for a seaplane."

"The staff were excellent and everyone looked very happy to be there and were very friendly and easy to chat to as a result. The only unknown I had was the food before arriving but the food was very good, even when we didn't fancy something on the menu they were very happy to make something up for us! I would recommend walking around the island and checking out the rest as well as there are stunning views to be had around."

"I found the boat transfer back to the airport extremely distressing and an unpleasant experience. The sea was rough, yet the boat driver was operating the boat recklessly at excessive speed, showing little or no consideration for the safety and wellbeing of elderly passengers and children. The journey was frightening and completely unacceptable. My wife became seriously unwell during the transfer and was very close to fainting by the time we reached the arrival point. "A decent hotel and the suite we stayed in was lovely. Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely. The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"

"Firstly, we had a great welcome at the port, our luggage was loaded onto a buggy and we were brought to The Bilimbi. It was well presented, extremely clean and clear request to leave shoes outside which was safe. The room was spacious with a kettle and hairdryer, cups etc. Very spacious and comfortable bed, clean sheets etc. The staff were very welcoming, even though there was a language barrier with some staff, it didnt matter. "The pool was a bit small, but okay. It is in a small courtyard so it felt like it was "inside" even though it was open to the sky. The first room they put me in had a dripping air conditioner, so they moved me to a different room where everything worked well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included meals were good. I actually hadn't known that I wouldn't be able to get alcohol here, but luckily I was only here for a couple of days! :) "
