"Staff were so friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. Room was lovely with good air con. Complimentary breakfast was great and got a table straight away. In the afternoon the seating area by reception was a little dirty still from breakfast. Was able to store luggage easily and conveniently located to the sights and train station. Highly recommend"

"In my booking confirmation via Expedia the price for parking was confirmed to be 30 GBP per night, which is already quite expensive. However upon arrival the price was 50 GBP per night, which is just useless. Other hotels are able to honor the price confirmed at the time of the booking for existing bookings also when the car park is managed through an external company.
During our time in the hotel the lift was broken which was a major annoyance.
The rooms are very small for a family with four...

"Well located (15 minute walk to the baths, and on several bus lines). Nice property, excellent breakfast. Our only issue was that our room (top floor) had a sloping ceiling that you have to be careful of to avoid bumping your head and which effectively reduces the useful space in the room."

"We stayed here leading up to our wedding and it was a 10/10 stay. They gave us complimentary sparkling wine, flowers, and a hand illustrated congratulations card!
Hotel feels newly renovated but still has classic countryside boutique flare. Family room was very spacious for us. Wonderful, super friendly staff!
Emberwood was an excellent restaurant directly tied into the hotel. Location is very central but things are still quiet which is great.
Will surely stay again if we are ever in town....

"I had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel. The staff were excellent, with special thanks to the manager, Andrea, whose outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day.
The only area for improvement was the food, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Fortunately, there are plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby.
Overall, I would happily stay here again."
