Woodspring Suites East Lansing - University Area
Room was dirty, hair in the bed where the sheets weren’t changed. Stayed 9 days total with no room service. Complained 2 different days and still came. Then deactivated room key at 9 am on the checkout date. Couldn’t access room because I went to do laundry. No one works the front desk until 10. ...
