Not worth a Michelin. We waited 1 hr for our room. Turns out they forgot about us. All employees laughing and joking with each other & not working. Same with waiters not following through. (Except Enye restaurant.) Lobby was hot and they offered a caffeinated drink we couldn’t accept for religious reasons, and no water was offered during our wait. We booked 2 beds in 1 room, and they provided 1 bed only. We had to request an extra bed 3x in a span of 18 hrs till they finally sent a bed. We slept one night all crammed in one bed because we only had one bed. One night, they called us at 10 PM to check how we liked our room, waking up our two babies. Our room looked and felt old. Toilet seat was yellow and mirrors stained. Bathroom door was hard to close with an improvised lock. The closet doors hardly closed, so the closet light was on all night, illuminating the entire room. Bedding was great though.
Kid pool needs maintenance. Water features are broken. Mural around the pool looks sad. A short wall next to the pool divides the kid area from the precarious employee area, with their mess right up your face, and it feels like your kids are exposed to unwanted attention. Staff all have a smile and greet you at all times, but many are unwilling to help. The friendliness for which they got a Michelin can be found anywhere in the PH. Beach size & sand are a joke. Public WCs were dirty. Breakfast was meh and some items spoiled. Etc. Couldn’t get out fast enough. Not worth the price.
