I recently stayed at this hotel and have mixed feelings about the experience. While it appears to be close to the airport on the map, in reality, it’s quite difficult to find and traffic during rush hours can be a real headache. The staff, however, were a highlight — very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself and its surroundings could use a good deep cleaning and better maintenance. With some improvements to cleanliness and clearer directions, this place could be much better.

This property does not look like the pictures!!! What I liked: the driver was waiting for us at the airport. They gave us toilet paper and towels when we asked. The staff were very friendly. There was a gate to block entry into the property. It easily slept 6 of us. Air conditioners worked. What I did not like: It is located in the slums. Very scary area - not safe to walk. It is surrounded by barbed wire. A rooster crowed all night (common for PI). Although they cleaned the room, the walls are filthy, I think there was blood on our wall. The bathrooms were so bad and filled with mold that my kids refused to use the showers. However, if you are used to the slums of Cebu, this hotel is probably nice for the area.

This was a scam. Pictures posted online was not the same as the actual place. Swimming pool is barely there, the place smells like cockroach and refrigerator is rusted, air conditioner unit took 4 hours to finally feel the difference in temperature and the location is very secluded.

DO NOT STAY HERE. For starters the pictures and description of this place is completely false. Pretty much located in a ghetto. Everything was broken or dirty beyond belief. Dirt and mold stains on walls and ceilings. Stove top was a camp stove with propane tank located in doors. Toilet seat broken. No toilet paper. My daughter bedroom had a water leak in the ceiling and the bed was saturated. She ended up sleeping on the couch where the entrance to the place was. It had no window covering on it so daylight was shining in and in the morning there was a pile of people outside talking loud and pointing at her. Cockroaches in the other bedroom. We tried to use the microwave and a fire almost broke out. When I told the front desk they told me I’m not allowed to use the microwave. Tv screen filthy with food marks on it. Sinks in bathrooms did not operate. The air con in two bedrooms did not work. The name of this place has the words resort and hotel in it. This is neither!!!! FALSE!!! There’s no where to eat so we had to order jollibees chicken in so we did not have to go out on the streets. Terrible experience.

Location is very questionable and you should not walk off the property. Use the grab app as taxis have no idea where this is or how to get there.

This place is far from the pictures advertised. The bathrooms are almost unusable. The toilet had poop stains so we know it wasn’t cleaned. The upstairs bathroom had standing water on the entire floor and the downstairs shower barely had any pressure. We couldn’t take showers there. The air conditioning in the big bedroom didn’t work. They charge 500p if you bring food or drinks on the property but they didn’t sell food or offer any drinks we wanted. The back door of the suite didn’t fully close and bugs were able to get in all night. The front door has a glass door and nothing to cover so anyone walking by can look in to see what you are doing. This was the worst place we could have booked.

The hotel pictures posted here in expedia is inconsistent with the ones you actually stay at. It is hard to find, taxi drivers don’t know the place and it is located in the slum area. Also the address provided here in expedia is inaccurate. This hotel is not a 13 min walk to the airport at all! The only thing good in this place is the hotel staff. I would not recommend this place!

Nice resort

We were a big family who stayed there two nights. We enjoyed and staff were helpful and did not charge us any extra for anything Only problem was so w taxi drivers couldn't find the place

Ripped off and treated terrible..

Terrible location in loud at night, squatter area in side a prison like compound. Black mold found on pillow., no cable channels, broken shower door went out of track and fell on me (what if it would have been my 11 old child?) Very hard to get transportation unless your willing to pay way over going rate. Definitely not a resort worth what they are charging. False advertising on what the place really is. Asked front desk to call a taxi for us because my phone has poor coverage so far out and they said they could not call for me... How safe is that? Here is the worst part... We left 2 days early on our 4 day booking. When I kindly and respectfully i asked for the owner who was on site so I could talk about a refund for days not used...., just then a man behind me scurried out and and hid as to not talk to me.. I later found out he was the owner!! I later called and talked to the front desk and they said their hands are tied on any refund and I would have to talk to Hotel.com. If all rhis sounds appealing, by all means soend your hard earned money on staying here...
