Our room was occupied when we got there. They put us in a small room. We paid for much larger room but somehow it was occupied. The pool was dirty

Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location

The first issue was when I checked in , I was informed that I had no reservation . My name can’t be found on the reservation so I was told by the staff at the front desk to call the owner . Took a while to get an answer . The other issue was that the room was not really clean esp the dining table. I had to clean them myself. I also had an issue with the water flooding all over the bathroom floor every time I showered and not drying all day and some broken structures . Tried to reach the condo unit rep who sent a maintenance guy while I was out . I tried to reach out again w/ no response for 2 days and the issue with the flooded floor never solved at all even after I checked out .

Nice apartment, good value few minor issues.

My unit 10C was a nice 1 bed apt with seperate bath, toilet, kitchen and lounge. The kitchen was well equiped but lacked a way to make toast. The bedroom though not huge easily accomodated a queen bed. I found it good value, sited in large new development with several eateries/shops nearby. I only found 1 place with ATMs but fortunately there was a barbers and convenience stored nearby. There is a relatively small swimming pool for such a large development but weather prevented me from using. I marked down communication as I twice asked if my guest could use pool but got no answer. A gym is on site but short term renters are not allowed to use. Had problem with shower rail falling down and wished had guides to washing machine and list of TV .channels You can get a pass to get curtesy bus from Savoy hotel nearby to private beach, or easy 10 minute walk. Went once free loungers, but too many stones in water since typhoon and had forgotten to take water shoes as picture looked sandy. Suspect nicer beaches nearby. The local taxis are not metered, often do not know even popular bars/clubs and will try and rip you off. After 2 trying to charge me double 'correct fair' I resorted to Grab taxis which I cant recommend highly enough. Literally half the price of rank taxis, came within minutes, spoke English, knew where they were going in clean modern vehicles. Shame weather prevented me from things like ferry to next island for nature reserve, but enjoyed stay and would certainly
