" The Hotel El Arz's management does not deserve 1/5. We arrived at the hotel late. We asked for the room that we reserved and paid for through hotels.com. They let us go to the room, and we were told we would be contacted by Mme Maouche. We waited very late at night. NO calls. She ignored us completely. That was a very stressful night.
