"I found the toilet had not been thoroughlyu cleaned, and small bits of fecal matter stuck to thesides of the stool. Could have been easily cleaned with a swish from toilet brush. Alsdo, bathroom sink faucet handle came off first time I used it because the set screw in back was loose, and needed tightening. No big deal, but my plumbing tools are at home. Other than that, things wsere great."

"They went out if there way to accommodate us. We had an over delayed flight and they helped us out and made our stay so comfortable. Very clean facilities and very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

The room was sparkling. The pool and hot tube were clean and pleasant, and open late enough to use after a business meeting. The location is very convenient to Rock Valley. Five stars all around! "

"This place was horrible! Staff at front was ok, but the hotel was in bad shape. The room was terrible, floors and walls marked and stained, furniture looked like came from the dump. Mattress old, and uncomfortable, and black mold on ceiling, pretty bad too. I an wife slept on top of blankets, afraid to get in sheets. Room and halls smelled like cigarettes. Location was sketchy, with weirdos hanging around, and look like a drug deal going on. The online pics and reviews are fake. It was...

"The room was ok. One lamp did not have a light bulb and the tv did not work but they came a fixed that. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was only one kleenex in our tissue box. The thermostat at 70 was very warm but at 69 it was very cold. "
