"Hallways were dirty, sink and mirror gross, broken bed stand, hot tub works but had to ask staff they went in the maintenance closet to turn on. The breakfast was not good and when we went down for breakfast we had to renew our cards because we had no access to our room this was before 10 and check out isn't till 11! Manager was a very non negotiable type stating it was because I didn't book with them they wouldn't accommodate. Will not ever return!"

"This was overall a great hotel, but they did not empty our garbage on a daily basis or do any tidying up as they would normally do. We stayed two nights and our garbage was overflowing, and we ran out of towels.
