Highly recommended for anyone who has a tournament or event at Sanford Pentagon. The hotel is across the street from the sanford pentagon building. Easy walk to tournaments being held there. The restaurant blue rock and grill is also 1 block away from the hotel and pentagon. Booking here made my entire event walkable and stress free. Great when I needed to stay with my younger son in the hotel and stream a game. It was reassuring knowing my 14 yr old could easily walk across the street between games and vice versa. Parking was always available for me and easily accessible.

I tried to check in at 4:10 and was told there were no rooms available, even though check in was supposed to be 3:00. I was told it would be at least 20-30 minutes before a room would be ready. Unfortunately, I needed to make other arrangements to change clothes and get ready for an event. I did receive a phone call after I had left saying that a room was ready. At that point, I didn't have time to turn around and go back. The attendant on hand said she could not do anything about this issue and I should speak to someone in the morning. The morning attendant said she couldn't do anything because it was booked through a third party. I felt like there should have been some sort of compensation since I had to leave without being able to use the room to get ready for my evening event.
