"Just returned from a 2 week stay. Safe to say we eventually had a fantastic time but initial observations did make us question if this was the right place for us. First impressions: Upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink or seat in reception just stood at the desk to check in online. Upon booking I had requested a ground floor room. When I asked, I was told they would let me know the following day. Never heard back. Not too much of an issue but communication would have been nice....

"From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday."

"Es hat uns alles super gefallen. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotelanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Am Pool waren immer genügend Liegen verfügbar. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: nicht mehr benötigte Bohrlöcher in den Wänden könnten mal zugeschmiert werden aber es hat uns nichr weiter gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! "
