"There was no toaster, conditioner or laundry detergent as advertised. No housekeeping either despite me leaving the housekeeping sign on i had to message the host for fresh towels. The host never replied to any of my messages. Upon check in i had to call the host to ask for check in details despite it saying on their site they give these 24 hours beforehand. "

"Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh. The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children. Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly. "Exceptionally clean and well equipped aparthotel. The light breakfast with fresh fruit was an added benefit. The hotel smells amazing! I can imagine the soundproofing would be a minor issue during busy seasons but thankfully I had no problems. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!"

The hotel is perfectly positioned along the seafront, with only a short walk to both Nissi Beach and Sandy Beach, which were absolutely perfect for kids.
