"This villa doesn’t look like it did when advertised. It is unloved and tatty. It could be such a lovely villa if only it was shown some love. People are sold on aesthetics. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are adequate. Lots of storage. One of the air conditioning units didn’t work, nor did the light. The maintenance crew came the following day and fixed the AC and also the broken swing seat rope. Downstairs bedroom had no wardrobe. Could have shared the ones upstairs but there were no hangers. "This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!!"
