⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Art & Wine Boutique Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps from Finikoudes Beach. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help – we felt truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options, and the rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi is such a treat, especially at sunset. 🥂🍷 I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Larnaca – it’s the perfect mix of comfort, art, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just steps from the sea, and the staff were truly exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The property is spotless, with everything well-maintained and timely. The only downside was the noise, but that's to be expected in this lively area.

First, the rooms are as pictured and very clean. The property has less than two dozen rooms so it’s cozy and the guests get lots of personal attention. Breakfast is excellent with a few standard items and something new everyday. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely boutique hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Facilities in the room were above and beyond expectations. Coffee maker, kettle, usual vanity goods including ear plugs if necessary. Everything was maintained to a very high standard. Immaculate.

We stayed over at the Art & Wine Studios and Apts during a stayover on our way traveling back home. The hotel is looked after and it is clear that the owners puting a great effort into their establishment. Due to our flight, we arrived much earlier than the check in time but the room was ready for us on arrival. The host was very welcoming and as we were early, offered that we go for breakfast as it was stilled served at the time. We felt very welcomed at the hotel and would definitely recomend to others.
