The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and done tastefully. There’s ample spaces for parking too. I recommend it but look out for despite as generally all Liv places are slightly over priced

An exceptional apartment within walking distance to the town front but far enough to avoid the noise. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable with a good range of facilities. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I cannot fault this property. Great value for money.

Cute little place just a few minutes’ walk from the center of the city. Lovely host who personally makes sure you are comfortable. The only complaint would be that one side of the hotel looks out on a rundown apartment building. Also the pool on the roof is really small, which is hard to tell from the photos.

We really loved this hotel. The location is excellent; a 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff were amazing...friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. It was so quiet that we almost got the feeling there was noone staying there but us, which of course was not the case. We look forward to returning and wouldn't consider any where else.

Good location: the beach and the centre of Larnaca were only 10 minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful and responded positively to our requests. We liked having a balcony although the view wasn't great. The main thing we disliked: inadequate cooking facilities. The staff did their best to provide some extra equipment but it still wasn't enough for people who prefer to cook and eat in

Very nice apartments, in a slightly less desirable neighborhood, but still close to the main city attractions. The equipment is excellent. We had an apartment with a large terrace, but the downside was the very dirty floor and the lack of sunshade in the form of an umbrella or awning. Parking near the building was not an issue. There's a small rooftop pool and a nice relaxation area. The staff was pleasant, and there was a VERY generous supply of bottled water :) The room seemed larger in the photos than it was in reality, but overall, an excellent value for the price.

Outstanding experience, I stayed six nights and will certainly be back soon. Very responsive and helpful front desk which is staffed from morning to midnight. Rooms are large, well air conditioned and equipped with anything with all necessities. Housekeeping attends every day, and the upkeep is as high-quality as the furnishings. For self-sufficient visitors without small children to keep entertained, this is a superior option to cramped hotel rooms.
