"We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming.
A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained...

"Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base.
Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters.
From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

"tryed to see the room a day before, the owner didn't want to show any pictures or room.... then I paid at expedia and got informed that it wasn't, even do I got your paid information....
at the place Mrs cesar
then I asked for the owners name, she didn't want to tell me.
the times she announced to be there was fake... and she Mrs Cesar as she said had now time for me.
the room then wasn't so clean, the matraze very thin, the balcony doors can't be locked, no wifi, and never know if somebody...
