Hotel Keluarga di Las Cruces

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable. It felt spacious and not like you are crowded in a room. Staff was accommodating."

"For the price, the hotel is great and what you might expect. The staff was friendly and professional, parking was easy, the location is convenient, the breakfast was fine. We stayed in a room with two queens and both beds were pretty soft but the one was similar to sleeping in a taco. The beds are really our only “complaint” but for one night, it was manageable."

"Just okay"

"Good"

"Very clean, very quiet, great value"

"The hotel lobby was not very welcoming. Random clutter and one dirty orange chair was not a great first impression. The girl at the desk was very nice and efficient. My room smelled like cigarettes and had a few cockroaches I saw. I had to clean the nightstand of dried rings of some drink. It made the washcloth brown and gross. Upside, the bed was comfortable but I wouldn't choose this motel again."

"Curtains were ragged and dirty, a couple cockroaches crawling on the wall. The whole place smelled of puppy pee. There was only one towel for us and no garbage can. The one towel was very nice! Rust stains in the bathroom that looked like blood. Some mold in the shower seam. I believe it is under new management so I thought it would be better but no. It is the last cheap motel we will ever stay at!"

"Beautiful Old World charm"

"As always, excellent experience at Homes 2 Suites!"
