"Nouveau propriétaire depuis un mois, ils sont sympathiques cependant cela n’excuse pas la propreté de la salle de bain, avons loué 2 chambres, les miroirs, vitres de douches (avec cheveux) et vanités étaient très sales, tâches d’éclaboussures de pâte à dent, pas d’eau dans la douche et évier, le lendemain matin lorsque nous les avons informé, ils nous dit qu’ils devaient activer la pompe ! Mon matelas était complètement creusé. Pas de télé, la piscine a besoin de rénovation…..dommage très bel...

"Lugar ideal para desconectarse, la habitación que nos asignaron super aseada, amplia y privada. Creo deberían de aclarar que no hay opciones de restaurante cerca ni en la propiedad. Regresaré pero preparado con alimentos y bebidas. Otro detalle, sólo aceptan pago con transferencia o Yappy que es un método para personales nacionales, no para extranjero. No aceptan Tarjeta de crédito, también deberían de aclararlo y que no será expedía quien cobre. "

"Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. "Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. "A/C was icy cold! The office manager was very kind and helpful. Walls are very thin and we heard everyone in other rooms. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Overall a pleasant stay!"
