"The location was very neat UNTIl we tried to fall asleep. There was a considerable amount of noise from the road and nearby parking lot. Loud trucks drove to the cruise ship area at all hours. We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself. "DO NOT STAY AT THE WAYMORE HOTEL! I was a solo female traveler who booked via Expedia to stay 15 nights in March 2026. However after arriving I immediately felt unsafe. In the area there were prostitutes outside the hotel at night. The casino in the hotel attracted drunk undesirable men who were propositioning me in Spanish (I only speak English) people were loud and rowdy all night in the hallways of the hotel. My room, while updated, was never vacuumed and had stains and dirt on the carpet,...

"Spacious and modern room with large bathroom and nice shower. Beautiful music during the day and evening. Excellent breakfast buffet and on-site dining. Pool and pool bar were lovely. Friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"The resort was not friendly. They only give 2 small towels, we had to argue to receive more then they brought more and had us give back the other 2 that were in the bathroom!! it was awful. The a/c drips like crazy in the room, causing a puddle of water onto the floor. the bartendar was also rude. Luckily we stood there just a short amount of time"
