"The property is clean. Staff excellent and helpful. Only complaint was breakfast - cold room and courtyard with heat lamps that were never turned on. The cups and plates, food and people all cold and uncomfortable."

"Stay was good, except on the shower when I open the faucet, the water is initially brown. Also I was charged twice on my card as initially got an error on my 1st card then I used another 1 then both were charged. I am still trying to get answer from them."

"The sky dome is incredible. The views are breathtaking in the daytime and evening. The family are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. We did an alpaca and llama walk to an inca site which was a memorable experience."
