"Outdated amenities but the room is clean and very spacious. Water pressure in the shower is low. The power outlet in the bathroom does not work. Have to plug the hair dryer in one of the outlets inside the room. Offering guests with complimentary water would be nice. Overall the stay is ok for a work trip."

"I was walking out while the housekeeper was outside my room and I asked if I should leave the door open for her but she replied my room wasn’t scheduled for a cleaning. I’m a little confused because I’ve stayed at other hotels before and they still cleaned my room during my stay. I also hated the lighting in the room. It was dim and orange. Also it was so noisey due to the fans on the roofs near my room. Don’t recommend to stay in the north tower on floors under 20 stories."
