"Check in was a nightmare. Do online check in first then wait for the text message saying your room is ready (which can take 1-2 hours) then get a physical key card from the kiosk (it will not appear it your mgm app unless you get a physical key card). Resort is popular with families, so the pool complex will always be packed. Rooms are good with separate shower and bath (good if you are traveling with kids). Though I think our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly after the previous guest left (leftover hair and hair ties in the tub). Good resort if you want a little family r&r. Poolside food is reasonably priced and delicious."

"no contact with staff. Thank goodness I was able to do the kiosk check-in or we would have been in line for an hour at 4:15 The parking garage person was helpful over the speaker when we had trouble. The sliding bathroom door was off the track but my husband fixed it. No cups in the bathroom. ? Did not realize there was no microwave - I should have seen on the reviews. No coffee pot no water bottles at checkin or in fridge like I saw in other hotel lobbys. So I don't know what amenities they are talking about. Room was spacious and view was great. Seems unfair that we had to pay $20 to park our car to get checked in and luggage in. Also took 30 minutes to find the parking garage entrance. It is not clearly labeled."

"Not the cheapest option, but nice, clean, quiet rooms with comfy beds. Plenty of food options. Close enough to other nice casinos, The Sphere, and Brooklyn Bowl if you're in town for a concert. Easy parking. Can't go wrong."

"This was my second time staying@ The Strat. I love everything about this hotel, but I was upset that I didn't have a microwave in my room, I thought that the update suites had them in the rooms. I had to throw food away I really want."
