"The check-in process was extremely poor and disappointing, impacting our stay. We arrived at 2:30 for a 3pm check in, were told that the unit would be available at 3 and sat around until 4:30 waiting. We were constantly told for 2 hours that it was almost ready. We had planned to let the kids use the pool for a bit and had restaurant reservations at 5. By the time we got into the unit we could not use the pool, shower or get refreshed for dinner before our show. No compensation was offered outside of a late check out. They offered a car to take us to dinner, which we accepted, and then got charged for. The unit was very nice, but the experience would not bring me back."

"We reserved and paid in advance on Expedia for a three day stay. By the time we checked out, there were over $400 in additional resort fees, parking fees, etc. Four times, we had new room cards made to access the parking that we had paid for, but the cards never worked a single time. The hotel did finally remove the parking fees. The TV in our room didn't work. Overall, our stay was a big, expensive disappointment. That being said, we were there for other business and we don't drink or gamble. Perhaps if we had came with the mindset of throwing our money away, maybe we wouldn't have cared."

"The property was showing signs of aging. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpets seemed worn. The bathtub was not properly draining and hot water was not always working. Hotel staff was very nice"
