We really enjoyed the Mirage for our little romantic getaway! This was our first time in Vegas and it won't be our last! We've read and heard about the close of the Mirage to make way for the Hard Rock...it's really too bad. We would have made the Mirage our go-to!
Bathroom and bathtub had an unclean musty smell. Bed sheets looked and smelled like they weren’t changed.

Took > 1 hour to check in at midnight. It's clear the staff has checked out as the hotel is closing. Attempts to call front-desk went unanswered. Facilities were ok, but if you are planning on staying here make sure you get a QRCode for check-in, because human assistance is near non-existent

I apologize for the poor check-in experience you had with us.We do have a mobile check-in desk across from the Front Desk, we send an email to all guests with the subject "It’s Time to Check In for Your Stay at Mirage!". Complete 3 simple steps to receive a QR code. Scan the QR code at the mobile check-in desk and receive your keys and skip the line.We are in the planning stage of renovations and hope to begin in a couple of months. Your feedback will be shared with the appropriate resort management teams.We certainly hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

Houae cleaning should be done everyday not only once in our stay for three nights.

The atmosphere was lovely but you needed more restaurant options. The wait was way to long. But it was worth the wait because the food was exceptional.

Very nice hotel. Pool was mellow with good music and offered a very good chicken caesar salad.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our room needed new carpet as it was frayed in stained in several places. Also the mattress needed replacing as there was a significant valley in the center. The room was mostly clean and was safe and comfortable.

Casino and property is okay. Stayed in a two queen strip view. Rooms really need renovation. Musty smell. Loud fans in bathroom. Old beds and carpet. For the price, it’s decent for sleeping only. I won’t stay here again unless there’s a renovation. I stayed here a few times in the past and was great. Not so much anymore.

We loved our stay at the mirage. Considering how old the hotel is, it is well looked after and a great location on the strip. Plenty of good food and drink options and the pool area is fantastic.
