An elderly Asian Pai Gow dealer was extremely rude and impatient. It was my first time playing Face Up Pai Gow and I was learning the game. She was not in a good mood. I asked a question about one hand and she started berating me and told me to “read the rules before you sit down.” I told her “you are rude, cash me out.” The entire table did the same. I avoided her table the rest of my stay.

The rooms and property are clean and the rooms are quiet. Lots of options for food. Gilleys was alot of fun and nice that its connected to the hotel. Drinks are very expensive so it was nice to have CVS connected to the hotel to buy drinks to keep in our room.

When I checked in and went up to my room there was an empty beer can by the elevator on my floor. There were numerous small items on the carpet in the hallway to my room. 4 days later when I checked out all these items were still present. Cleanliness is not a strong suit of this hotel.

This was my first visit to Las Vegas. The hotel itself was impressive, clean and convenient to various areas. The staff was friendly and informative. What I didn't like was there was no coffee/tea maker available in the room and that the hotel didn't provide transportation to and from the airport. Also, some of the staff was too pushy when trying to get one to attend one of those time share presentations. No means no!

The staff were very unfriendly and lacked the level of customer service a property of this calibre should offer. We were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience and unwelcome throughout the property as a whole. Compared to other properties the food options were minimal and expensive, that is if you can get service. Overall we were disappointed in our stay, we will not go back or recommend to anyone travelling to the strip!

I liked the check-in process, just a bit of a wait. I did not like the greeting of cigarette smoke immediately upon entering the doors. I liked the room set-up, beds and bathroom. All lovely and clean and spacious. I didn't like the hardness of the shower water, it dried out my skin like crazy. I hated the noise level coming up from the strip. We were on the 19th level and it sounded like we were on the sidewalk. The windows and curtains do nothing to block the traffic noise (speeding cars, loud motorcycles, drag races down the strip throughout the entire night). Super clean rooms and hallways. The security around the elevators made us feel very safe. I have a mixed review. I've stayed at the Flamingo and Circus Circus on previous trips, I would say this hotel is the best of the three so far.

I didn't like that they overbooked and made us wait 4 hours for a room after already being delayed by plane and all they did was waive resort fees. Waiting on Expedia to refund our first day charges since we never stayed that day!

NA. went to self checkin and was told, due to 3rd party booking would need to go to service desk. Went fhere and was told could not check in at 1pm need to wait until 3pm or go back to self checkin which has promotion going in for early checkin. Went back and was told something different. Finally got someone at service desk to check us in with no problem. Think the two checkin areas need to better communicate.

I loved señor frogs, love how they had an open bar and also the bartenders there were wonderful! The security staff were also amazing! However some of the staff members from their CVS were quite rude, but overall had an amazing experience and I will be coming back soon!
