"Our stay was good. The room was nice overall. The beds were excellent. Just some minor things that you wouldn't expect from the Bellagio. One of our chairs in our room was broken. Couldn't sit in it and lean back again the back rest. The garbage can was still full from the last guess and in one of the sinks in the bathroom the stopper was broken so it would just fill up with water and not drain. Luckily there are two sinks. These were just minor things, but when you pay a little more to stay at the Bellagio, you expect the little things to be taken care of. Overall, the stay was great and much nicer than other hotels and casino's on the strip."

"We were charged for early check-in and was put in a dirty room. It was visibly dirty called housekeeping they were very nice came up and cleaned the room. Housekeeping manager felt bad about the situation and requested I’ll be put into a better room. Which was clean. Computers were down at checkout time and they couldn’t see any of the information I don’t know if I was overcharged a resort fees or what wasn’t given any receipts was told that they could not see anything. Very noisy Hotel. "

"They made the bed with a ropped up sheet and stained coverlette Hotel had good restaurants and indoor park was nice but the main hotel was old and creepy. "
