"Upon check in and check out there was a line and only 1 customer service rep which is unacceptable. Even when trying to use the check out kiosk it didnt work and said go to the front desk. Although we did not have a car the hotel has free valet and parking which is great as most other hotels charge. ..."

"Fabulous hotel! Everything was so convenient and plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops to keep you busy. The only negative was the bridge to the Sphere was closed for our Wizard of Oz show. That was the reason we stayed here… due to the 114 degrees weather we didn’t want to have to walk outside. ..."
