"The staff was rude and locked me out of my rooms and away from my service dog. I was lectured for bringing my SERVICE DOG into a pet friendly hotel! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but when this happened we packed our things and left by noon after the first night. "

"Bathroom was nasty, water would not leave out of the tub,I had to alert the manager to let the water out of the tub, no clean x, it was piss on the floor."

"The room was perfect! The lobby is awesome! I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! "

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The issue is when we arrived, our room was open but we didn’t immediately notice anything amiss. We assumed that it was the cleaning crew that just finished, but after being in the room for awhile we found a man hiding in the shower with the shower curtain closed. Upon finding this stranger in our room, we asked him to leave. Afterwards staff moved our room and there were no further issues. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any kind of discount for this issue, and likely will not stay at this location again. There could’ve been a major safety risk, especially because we had our children staying with us. Families beware of this hotel! "

"Really enjoyed this place. They were having problems with their TV service so it didn't work during our stay. Everything was really nice. The breakfast was really good. Each day had different options for eggs, which was really nice."

"They moved us after first room smelled like wet dog. Second room someone had a bowel movement in toilet and it was there when we went in the room. Subpar and staff offered no discount. It was ok."

"Clean room, pet-friendly. Not the most desired location. Not easy to get in and out of the hotel to the road."
