"Advertising states aircon available in the room’.
Yes it is available but not able to be used unless you pay extra. When it becomes intolerable there is no one to get the control from.
Satellite tv again have to pay extra for the remote.
Let’s see if we get the same stock answer as other comments."

"Einfaches, aber absolut zweckmäßiges Hotel in toller Lage mit einem unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ordentliches reichliches Frühstück sogar mit selbst gemachter Marmelade, von der es zum Abschied ein Geschenk gab."

"Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly!
Sense beach bar is a 3 minute walk from the hotel too (lovely place for food and drinks)
Special shout out to Joe, the pool attendant who brought cold cloths over to us when it was so hot to...

"Had a short but sweet stay here whilst attending a wedding in the Coral bay area. This hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Victoria in particular was very helpful as we had some flight issues coming and going. Would highly recommend."
