"Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. "It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist.
