Trap Pond State Park is known as the northernmost park in North America for cypress and bald cypress trees. No matter the season, this place is always a gem. Today the pond was starting to freeze around this cypress tree creating a gorgeous mosaic pattern.

Love the extra space and thoughtful layout. Good coffee and breakfast options! The staff was helpful. We were disappointed the pool still wasn’t ready and they set us up to go swimming at the hotel next door. I really appreciated it! We had a great time.
