Hotel Continental
To me from Asia, i had serious problem with electric plug/connector beside the bed, my laptop charger can not match with your connector because of the model is in small diameter, but i was in Zurich and Zermatt and i didnt find this issue.

The Freddie Mercury Hotel
The room was utilitarian--and fine--but the standout was the breakfast. It ended up being the finest breakfast we had across 6 hotels in Switzerland, Italy and Monaco. Location was also perfect, just up the hill from the train station and the waterfront.

The hotel room was great, view from my room was marvelous... the only less maybe the lobby is under repair and the staff need to be more cheerful... and need porter to help us for the luggage...

Ja, frokosten var helt ok. En stor skuffelse at VIP Access Gold-fordelen - oppgradering av rommet - ikke ble aktivert fra resepsjonens side, på tross av forespørsel, selv om hotellet ikke fremsto som fullt.
