"We stayed here for our mountain elopement and absolutely adored the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Marten, who went out of his way to accommodate us as we had to switch reservation plans up. He even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding. It felt like we were staying with long-time friends. The property is gorgeous with a romantic feel to it, and easily accessible from the train station, and a close walk to restaurants and amenities. We highly recommend Hotel Falken. Thank you for a wonderful time!"

"Loved our experience here! Staff were talented and friendly. From check in to the day we sadly left, the staff were very attentive to our needs. We had a beautiful room with one of the best views on our entire trip through Switzerland. Delicious food in their restaurant. So much so that we ate several meals there. Will definitely go back to this little piece of paradise!!"

"What a location ! Views were fantastic ! Room was super comfortable and staff were very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend getting the courtesy shuttle to drop and pick up at the Wengen train station. The hotel is a short walk uphill and can be difficult to manage with multiple suitcases. Property is centrally located with many great restaurants within walking distance. Close to the train station and connected by train and gondola to the rest of the valley."

"The solo traveler room I booked was clean, comfortable, cozy, and safe. And the panoramic views of Mount Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau - BREATHTAKING! As for the hotel owners and their staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome and comfortable before I even arrived. I hope to bring my family back to this magical place one day and we would definitely stay at the Hotel Edelweiss again! Highly recommend!"
