"Helpful frendly ,welcoming staff.Large room(althogh a little dark) Sadly, there appeared to be no hot water available in our bathroom on our first morning,(despite running the hot water tap for about 10 minutes),so we were unable to take advantage of the wonderful looking freestanding roll top bath. "We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean.
