"This is a wonderful little hotel overlooking the lake. Our room was small but lovely and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, they were having their kitchen redone so the front entrance, lobby, bar and dining room were closed. Luckily, they had recently built a glass enclosed banquet room which overlooks the lake. We had our wonderful breakfasts there and could sit there for cocktails or coffee. "Hotel posizionato sul lungomare di torvaianica, parcheggio non presente, possibilità di parcheggiare lungo strada a pagamento. Reception ben tenuta e molto carina, non si può dire la stessa cosa della camera che è risultata sporca (un telo da bidet trovato in camera sotto un letto al nostro arrivo) e poco curata ( profilo interno della porta del bagno inesistente per due terzi, placca della serranda non pervenuta è una tapparella che non si abbassava…) Ciliegina sulla torta musica a tutto volume...

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"This is a well-maintained hotel. The room was spacious and very clean; the lady in charge of the housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was included and well presented with enough choices. The waitresses in the morning were always very accommodating, contrary to the not-so-helpful young waiter that worked in the afternoon/nights. The hotel is not close to the center of Rome but there is a bus stop at walking distance that takes you to the Laurentina metro station with service to the Coliseum and Termini stations."
