"We loved staying in the yurt! We were walking the Rob Roy Way and treated ourselves to a bed for the night. Melanie was a really relaxed host and very welcoming, and made a killer breakfast in the morning which set us up well for a day of walking. "
"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...
"My son and I spent one night here on May 2, 2025. It was an exhausting day because we were lied to and ripped off by Europcar. We couldn’t get any roadside assistance even though we paid extra for it Upon arrival at the Luib, we were met with understanding and caring. They have a small staff and a tough job. "I had a lovely one night stay at Lochleven B&B. I arrived late after a long drive to a warm welcome from Margaret. My twin room was really comfortable with great touches like a bathrobe, cafetière and good selection of teas. The large bathroom is across the hall but private to your room, wasn’t a problem at all. The bath was great for relaxing in after a long day.
There is no TV in the room however there’s a small sitting room just next door if you did want to watch television.

"Das Hotel Killin ist wunderbar und ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war sehr gruosszügig und hatte sogar ein Hommelbett. Leider War das Wetter etwas kühl und gegen abend leich nass, aber das tolle Essen und die Atmosphäre in der Bar haben das vergessen gemacht.
Wir sind zwar ohne Tiere gereist, das Hotel Killin ist aber sehr tierfreundlich, was offenbar vielen Hundehaltern bekannt ist."
