"Clean room that smelled good. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant."

"We pulled in, turned around and left. Place looked rundown and deserted. No cars in the lot...none....in a tourist hotspot .Thats a bad sign. Got a room at another place. Did not mention the name to the other establishment..just told them we had a reservation at another place and what our impression was upon seeing it. They said..and I quote" yeah, Salt Creek is empty for a reason". Expedia...you need to disassociate yourselves from Salt Creek Inn."

"The room was clean and maintained. The owners left a number to call for checking in, while I stood outside in the sun. The property looked rough, it had poison ivy growing out onto the parking lot."

"Property is very unique and historical. Staff very polite and knowledgeable of the area. Room was very clean but very outdated. Carpet and door need to be replaced. No coffee pot in room nor offered in the front office area. I will plan to stay here again if my travel plans bring me this way again."
