"I really enjoyed my stay at The Compton, and I look forward to visiting again. It's beautiful, luxurious, thoughtful, and calm. The design throughout the hotel, from lobby to room, is absolutely wonderful. Turndown service was unexpected and came with sweet, local little momentos. "The Location was great, but the overall quality of the experience didn't match the price."

"Nice property. Superb location. We walked to the square/ Walmart Museum, dinner Onyx etc. BE ALERT, though. THIS IS A CONCEPT HOTEL. Our bed was a murphy bed from the wall. The room was small– no issue– but obviously the mattress is different and there is no space on one side. Two small "wet" compartments: one WC, the other shower. Imagine closets. Not for everyone, but maybe for longer stay folks working with Walmart. Super cool, but not the most comfortable."

"When we arrived, We were issued a key to a room that was already occupied. We were given a different room and when we arrived there was a dirty sock left on the floor. The next day we left our hotel room definitely locked and upon our return it was unlocked. No one had cleaned the room or left fresh towels so I don't know if it was housekeeping or not. Went to the desk to get fresh towels. Not happy with this stay."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. Would definitely stay here again. Room was great. If you like a cold room in the summer this is your place! Husband and son said breakfast was good. Indoor pool, hot tub was down but that didnt bother us and staff was great!"

"We love it here! The staff is very nice and accommodating. We had to ask for more toilet paper but they were really nice. The breakfast is eggs, bacon crumbles/sausage, and potato’s. They have breads, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, muffins. The coffee bar is great bc it’s open all day! The pool didn’t have towels the first time we went out so we had to use our room towels.
