"The property was okay overall, nothing special about it. The front desk staff was great! She offered local pertinent information and made sure we had everything we would need. The pool was in need of a good cleaning and updating (repaint, fix hot tub)."

"I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE"

"No hot water for the showers the first morning. Wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. Toilet paper was single ply and rough. No milk for cereal the first morning Staff was very pleasant."

"The hotel was clean, quiet, and located within a quick easy drive of the Crystal Bridges Museum! Just a note - the property does not have an indoor pool but all in all a very nice place to stay while in Bentonville."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I carried 4 grandchildren on vacation . This hotel was very clean, very well furnished with an artistic flair. The children and I really enjoyed a full breakfast. They commented on it. Turkey sausage was great since we eat kosher. Wonderful pool. Plenty of towels!! Extra long sofa so we all could sit down at night. Loved it. Would stay again."

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "
