"This is a cute old Inn. Old being the operative word. If you like quaint, old world charm, this is a good place to experience it. The dining room is lovely. Large windows with panoramic view of the river. We only had the German Continental breakfast which differs from standard, so didn’t get to experience lunch or dinner, but I bet it would be very good. Very lovely staff and the owner also came to welcome us."

"This was a very happy surprise. The rooms are spacious. Bedding is comfortable. There was a kitchen area and a small dining area and loads of storage space. Modernized bathroom. But the biggest surprise was that the property is on a lake. Governor's Lake. Walk around the property and you come to a beautiful lawn and grounds that are beautifully manicured and a heavenly view. "There were no staff, it was self check in and there was coffee, water, juice and yogurt in the common area. The bagged “lunch” was in your room, it had an apple, orange, banana bread, chocolate chip muffin, small granola bar and a krispie crunch. The website did not say that the restaurant was not open 7 days per week. It is an easy walk to the grocery stores and local restaurants. The mattress was awful, it was so soft you sank into it, I slept on the floor. The noise barrier to the upper...

"Well located. Nice hotel. My two complaints are the terrible internet at the end of the hallway, probably because of the distance to the router. It was basically unusable. Our son had a room closer to the elevator and it was fine. He had a terrific view of the park, ours was terrible, we were looking over a parking lot, and a water filled roof “swamp”. I guess I was surprised since we both had the same class and cost of room, which was about $700 each. Ouch."
