"Smells like weed, wet feet, and stale cigarettes. Stayed a Thursday night, they didn’t have a breakfast at 8:45 am . Room was definitely big and spacious; bathroom door literally 2 inches from toilet. Not mobility issue friendly in the bathroom area at all. Bed was okay! Wasn’t filthy but it definitely wasn’t “exceptional” like the ratings say it is. Starting to think these are all lies because I ain’t got a good place yet."

"The hotel is quite nice and conveniently located. Parking is complimentary.

• I provided four additional credit cards, but none of them was accepted.
• Cash payment was not accepted either.
In the end, the only solution was to make a new reservation through Expedia using the...

"The property is great. Can't beat the location if you're looking for lots of commercial in walkable distance. The issue I have is I stayed there 2 weekends ago and have yet to receive my receipt. I have incidental charges of ~$270 on my credit card and have spoken to 4 different people since checking out, including the front desk and their customer service. I was told I'd receive a copy each time. The second to last time I was told it was being escalated and I'd receive in one business day....

"Overall good experience and would likely stay again. A few homeless individuals walking around the area, but the hotel doors are kept locked with a 24/7 door attendant.
Inside: Relatively clean on the surface in lobby and in room but room caused allery reactions, sneezing, itchy and runny eyes.
Also incident where the bathroom door was somehow locked and we were locked out of it. Staff was helpful in opening it, however, we had to come downstairs when no one answered the front desk at 7 am....
