The hotel staff were very welcoming- and so friendly and polite. The air conditioning was very efficient- and greatly needed. Breakfast was wide ranging and suited all tastes. Three-star residence... But there was no handsoap, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no sponge, no bodywash, no shampoo, and the fridge isn't cold when you get there because it's not turned on.
